Established since 1995, Oung Construction (S) Pte Ltd (OCS) has been a leading marine civil engineering firm and renounce foreshore specialist in Singapore. Our service ranges from revetment, seawall, breakwater, rock bund construction and maintenance to reclamation, dredging work and diving services. We are well known in the industry for delivering high standard of quality and on time delivery
for all our projects. As a gauge of our high standard, we are the current maintenance contractor of foreshore structure for BCA.
To meet with our clientele's high standard of demand, we posses and engage contemporary and state-of-the-art equipments such as RTK positioning system for our dredger to complete our project on time. Despite having state-of-the-art equipment, the management is dedicated to the continual upgrading and investment of our machineries. This enable us to meet with the ever increasing demand of and to keep us ahead of our competitor.
Being OHSAS 18001:2007 accredited reflects our managerial commitment and constant emphasis in achieving high degree of safety management. The Management's dedication can be seen by the fact that we are one of the only few C1 contractor in Singapore which received the Bizsafe Star Certification.
