Nature of Business

DennisMathiew is a boutique shipping law firm providing one-stop legal and business services to shipping and logistics businesses; from the setting up of companies to ship sale and purchase and ship finance and to handling all areas of contentious shipping claims and arbitration cases. We also advise our clients in the drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts such as shipbuilding contracts and charterparties. We set out to ensure our lawyers are cross-trained to handle all types of shipping legal matters (contentious and non-contentious) as we believe that in this way, clients will get a better service.
